SHAPYPRO acts as a PROVIDER on aptitude exercises according to ISO 17043, SHAPYPRO, as well as its personnel, comply with the requirements of IMPARTIALITY and CONFIDENTIALITY, required by the cited standard and do not carry out any activity incompatible with their independence of judgement and their integrity with regard to their services. Unless the participant waives confidentiality as established for in ISO 17043.

SHAPYPRO does not offer preparation services for the certification of management systems. All consulting activities provided by SHAPYPRO are independent from certification/accreditation activities.

All information provided by SHAPYPRO’s client will be treated as confidential information.

In the event that a regulatory authority requires the results of the proficiency tests, SHAPYPRO will notify the participants concerned in writing.

SHAPYPRO is responsible for the impartiality of its activities and will not allow internal or external pressures, commercial, financial or otherwise, to compromise the impartiality of the judgements made by its technical staff, or the quality of their work, nor will management ensure that internal or external sources do not influence the results of the service.

SHAPYPRO has policies and procedures to avoid engaging in any activity that may diminish confidence in its competence, impartiality, judgement or operational integrity. As well as seeking feedback, both positive and negative, from our customers to improve the management system, proficiency programmes and customer service.

All records are maintained in a secure location, confidentially, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
